We do not sell your personal data. We share it only as needed with:
- payment partners such as Paystack and Flutterwave, to take payments and make payouts;
- hosting, video and streaming providers that run our website and Channels;
- advertising and sales partners, who receive aggregated Channel statistics, not your personal details;

- professional advisers, auditors and authorities where the law requires.
Each provider may only use your data to provide its service to us.
International transfers
Some of our providers and sales partners are outside Nigeria, for example in the United Kingdom, United States, Canada and the European Union. When your data is transferred abroad, we use providers with appropriate safeguards, such as contractual protections, as the Nigeria Data Protection Act requires.
How long we keep it
- Onboarding applications that don't go ahead: up to 12 months, then deleted.
- Customer, billing and payout records: for the life of the contract and up to 6 years after it ends, for tax and legal purposes.
- Marketing preferences: until you opt out.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- give you a copy of your personal data;
- correct anything inaccurate or incomplete;
- delete your data where we no longer need it;
- restrict or object to certain uses, including marketing;
